Walk Of Mind

Walk of mind pioneers shoe hybrid fabrication design concept and explores a new approach to shoe design accompanied with new terminology. Using an originative shoe layering Compound method that retraces the known base hierarchy of function and shape in Shoe layers. Walk of mind bridges gaps between Modern digital technology and old-world craftsmanship while weaving together Nylon 12 polymer and vegetable-tanned leather. The shoe design process begins with Personal customization by using a digital scan of a Certain foot. The design can be adjusted to any foot, depends on the scanned model.

Nina and Beni

Inspired by the aerodynamic yet efficient forms of naval construction the Nina & Beni chair is made from 100% sustainably sourced forests. Two steam-bent strips cantilever over the seat to serve first as legs then armrest and finally mold to the lumbar area. In an exercise of efficiency the Nina chair uses the least amount of material to create beautiful complex forms. Crafted with century old technology along with modern 3d machinery the Nina & Beni chair tests the limits of what is possible with wood.

Planck

The table is made of different pieces of plywood that are glued together under pressure. The surfaces are sandpapered and threated with a matt and very strong varnish. There are 2 levels -since the inside of the table is hollow- which is very practical for placing magazines or plaids. Under the table there are build in bullet wheels. So the gap between floor and table is very small, but at the same time, it is easy to move. The way the plywood is used (vertical) makes it very strong.

Infinity

The main emphasis of the Infinity armchair design is made precisely on the backrest. It is the reference of the infinity symbol - an inverted figure of eight. It is as if it changes its shape when turning, setting the dynamics of the lines and recreating the infinity sign in several planes. The backrest is pulled together by several elastic bands that form an external loop, which also returns to the symbolism of the infinite cyclic of life and balance. An additional emphasis is placed on unique legs-skids that securely fix and support the side parts of the armchair just like clamps do.
